2023-4-6 Snapshot with Myriam, Rex, and Brad

In this still frame from Character Animator, we see what early scene composition looks like. The teleporter light beam is not on Rex yet because that happens in Final Cut Pro X.

Brad’s room was modeled in SketchUp and rendered with V-Ray. The posters and framed picture on the wall in the background are generated with artificial intelligence using OpenAI.

In this scene, Brad quickly turns off his science project miniature nuclear fusion reactor because present human technology only allows for ignition of a fusion reactor, not sustained energy generation. The interesting aspect of this scene is that this is the first time in the episode in which Rex, Myriam, and Brad are all together at once. Recall that Brad is a hybrid being that Rex created using Myriam’s donor egg. Rex is not visible to Myriam, only to Brad.
