2023-4-12 Snapshot of Science class

Here’s one of the views of the Science class where Brad, Mabel, and Tony share a lab table. The table in from of them is occupied by other students who are shown with 70% opacity, although that number might reduce further. This symbolically represents the fleeting nature of the relationships we have with other students in class that we didn’t (or don’t, depending on your age) interact with much. Memories of faces of kids who we spent almost everyday with during a short period of time in our lives. They fade away but their memory remains.

The classroom is modeled in SketchUp and rendered with V-Ray. The other students shown are artificial intelligence via OpenAI. The composition is assembled in Photoshop for later use in Final Cut Pro X.
