Here’s an interesting little moment that starts off a scene that involves a power outage. Myriam walks down the stairs and then gets a box out of a closet, off screen, and proceeds to the kitchen. Brad is doing as many kids do sometimes and is spinning himself in circles on the bar stool. In Character Animator, his part is just a short recording, then the movie clip is duplicated in Final Cut Pro X to have his action be continuous through the whole moment. Myriam’s scale changes twice, and also her Photoshop file and Puppet, since on the way down the stairs she is facing the camera, and on the way to the kitchen she is facing away from it. The box was generated with OpenAI artificial intelligence and improved a bit in Photoshop. The setting was modeled in SketchUp and rendered in Vray.
